All Jennifer Liang jewelry is designed and handcrafted in New York City. Due to natural variations in materials and gemstones, each piece is unique.
Store your pieces in a clean and dry place or in the pouch in which it was received. Occasional use of a jewelry polishing cloth, especially for sterling silver, is advised to keep your piece looking its best. Please email us with any additional questions regarding the care of your piece.
Please also email us regarding any repair inquiry and repair authorization. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs.
