Shipping Information
Currently, we are solely able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. jenniferliangjewelry.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes.

Returns & Exchanges
All “ring” sales, all “final sales” on all products, and all “sales of customized products” on jenniferliangjewelry.com are final. Due to the finality of your purchase, please note your proper ring size and measurements on your ring purchase and the scale of your customized product before purchasing. We are here to help and are more than happy to discuss everything that you need to know prior to making your purchase.

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are solely responsible for pieces purchased directly from jenniferliangjewelry.com
